Services & Rates

The following services are included in the basic rate of $125.00 to $200.00 per day, based on the number of rooms and services required.

  • Check In and Check Out of Guests
  • Reservations/Inquiries
  • Daily Financial Accounting - Including Credit Card Processing and Bank Deposits
  • Prompt Confirmation of Upcoming Reservations
  • Update of Reservation System as Needed
  • Breakfast Preparation - Continental or Full
  • Bed and Breakfast Tours to Potential Guests
  • Shopping
  • Laundry Management
  • Freshening Rooms of Stay-Overs
  • Staff Supervision
  • Light Housekeeping of All Common Areas
  • Care of Your Small Pets and Plants
  • Afternoon Snack Preparation if Applicable
  • Building Security and Maintenance
  • Detailed Daily Report

Additional Services:

$15.00 per room for a turn-over

Other:

One day minimum needed to familiarize us with your protocol and area, at no charge.

Travel Fees:

$.40 per driving mile, to your location, return will not be charged.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

Upon verbal agreement, we will complete a contract and send it to you for review and approval.  This should be returned with a 50% deposit to hold your reservation.  The balance is due at the end of our stay.  A fourteen-day written cancellation is required for the return of your deposit.  Cancellations within the 14-day deposit will not be refunded unless we can rebook the dates.
